Foot zone therapy is a massage focused on the reflexology points on the top, bottom, and sides of your feet. This soothing massage that includes essential plant oils triggers signal points in your feet and assists your whole body to reconnect its energy pathways. This pleasing therapy helps to bring the whole body back to homeostasis and helps you to find balance.

I was introduced to foot zone therapy some time ago when I was needing help with a severely sprained ankle. I spent a year seeing doctors and doing physical therapy, with little improvement. I will tell you foot zoning isn't a miracle cure, yet after my first session I finally felt my ankle begin to heal. It took two months of weekly sessions to get me completely whole again. For me, there was more than my swollen ankle shrinking and the pain finally leaving - something fudamental inside me had changed for the better. I went on a journey of discovery, finding a teacher and mentor at Wedofeet. I have been a certified foot zone therapist since 2013. Since then, I have helped others too finally find their way to better health.
I enjoy working with my clients in my studio in my home in the Chubbuck area. Bimonthly, I travel to Challis, Idaho to serve my clients living in that area. I stay current with new techniques and understanding through continuing education and involvement in our local wellness community.
